Pinal County Courts

Pinal County, Arizona, has one Superior Court with eight satellite offices, six precincts of the Justice Court, and nine Municipal Courts. The Superior Court has general jurisdiction over civil and criminal cases, including felony criminal prosecutions, civil cases involving amounts in controversy exceeding $10,000, family law matters, probate, and juvenile cases.

The Justice Courts in Pinal County have exclusive jurisdiction over civil cases where the amount in dispute is $10,000 or less, as well as misdemeanors, petty offenses, and criminal traffic cases.
